Group GTI​
In January 2023, I ran an online cooking class for team members from across the Group GTI business. Working with the HR team, we came up with different options on what to cook, and decided on crispy lamb and hummus dish. The event enabled staff members from different offices and with different experience levels to socialise in an informal setting and enjoy the cooking process together.

"We had a fantastic evening at the GTI cook-a-long hosted by Ollie Tarrant. It was a (mostly!) very relaxed and fun evening which was enjoyed by all the chefs and sous chefs!
Ollie gave clear instructions which he repeated regularly, took his time to ensure everyone was at the same stage and that no one was left behind and gave encouraging feedback.

Ollie was a great host, and the recipe was delicious! It was an easy-to-follow dish which Ollie broke down into the different elements, this helped with the more complex parts of the recipe.
